- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on this property unless they are service animals.
- Location: This is a single-family house without a garage.
- Parking: The property can accommodate up to four vehicles. Street parking is also available.
- Backyard: The property includes a backyard. There is a dock on the lake, but it is currently under repair. Please do not access the dock, as we cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from its use.
- Climate Control: The house has central heating and air conditioning. However, the master bedrooms on both floors currently require the use of a space heater. The rest of the house is fully serviced by the central system.
- Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for use.
- Grill: A grill is not available at this time.
- Hot Tub: The hot tub is available as an additional service for a fee of $200 for stays of three nights or less, and $300 for stays longer than three nights. This fee covers cleaning after use. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use the hot tub, so we can make the necessary preparations.
