Summary: The house is very nice. Clean, cozy, comfortable beds and well equipped with house supplies. Your stay willbe pleasant in that aspect. Cons: 1. The check in is so chaotic!! A small little office with many people trying to check in and get their entry passes to the properties as well. You have to give your entire life story…age, date of birth, plate number, year, make, model of your car. Upon arrival..photo ID and a copy of your registration. There are limited vehicle spaces available no matter how many people are in your party. The rules and control are so excessive. 2. The cooling system in the home is strange and everyone in the hse with about 7 cooling units must have the same temperature set for them to work properly. 3. We had to take out garbage (which was fine) but pulling the cans to the curb if you’re there for pick up day, bringing cans back, starting laundry (after being charged cleaning fees) was all aggravating. If you can deal with the challenges of an estate property, the house is great!!!!
