Summary: We just spent an awesome week at this property. Everything is as the photos show.Pool: Warm enough for kids and adults to enjoy. There is always a part of the pool in the shade and sun which was nice because you could stay in the pool and avoid direct sun. There is a yard maitenence worker who comes daily and his duties include cleaning the pool and adding water/testing the water. The pool has a large shallow shelf which was perfect for the youngest in our group, as well as for us adults to relax!Beach: Beach was a quick golf cart ride away. If walking it maybe took 8min total. The entrance was along the side of the beach club. Interior: The inside of the house is exactly as the photos show. Each bedroom was large. We did not use the showers in two of the bedrooms upstairs so cant comment on that. Each bedroom has a patio, it is locked with a stick in the door, however we brought door alarms purchased on amazon which was a second sense of security.There was extra bedding available for the futons as well(we did not use). The bathroom shower in the downstairs bedroom does splash out into the bathroom area, this however did not ruin our stay, just something to. Kitchen has everything you need even an air fryer. Air conditioning is top notch. We were actually cold at times.Community: We loved the community and felt safe walking everywhere. We walked across the hwy to Chedraui and felt safe as well. Ate at many restaruants in the marina. Property manager was awesome.
