Very beautiful flat located in a wonderful neighborhood where you will be able to enjoy the unique venetian lifestyle. Indeed this area of the city is still untouched by the world and you can find (within 2-5 minutes of walk) a lot of art and history together with the best and cheap bars and restaurants of Venice.
The apartment has a stunning view over the canal.
A huge living room with two bathrooms (one with two baths) a kitchen, a very wide entrance, a veranda (one can be used as a bedroom) and two spacious balconies.
10 minutes away, the car / bus terminal (15 minutes away) or the airport (5 minutes from the airport is just 5 minutes away.

The area of the appartement n'est pas touchée par le tourisme de masse (corn les principaux monuments citadin sont à peu minutes) et vous trouverez ici avec beaucoup d'art et histoire les meilleurs et plus économiques bars et restaurants de la villas.
The gare ferroviaire est seul dix minutes et je vous fournirai instructions détaillées sur comme arriver de là.
Même si vous arrivées de l'aéroport the est très facile joindre à l'appartement (l'arrêt du bateau est aux seuls 5 minutes).
À deux minutes de maison the y to a grand, bon et économique supermarché.

Summary: overall clean apartment, had most of what was said in details, no electric kettle, no coffee maker(nespresso/kuerig/drip)... small balcony & terrace...located far from the heart/action of Venice, not the city center, but it's a nice quiet neighborhood... wifi was non-existent, noone could get connected..jetted bathtub takes forever to fill & by that time the water is cold.. I guess I got what I paid for
