This beautiful, stylish split level home islocated on the high side of Corlette with 180 degree water views across Port Stephens from both floors.
The upper level offers open plan and air conditioned living with a large flatscreen TV, Foxtel and a Sonos sound system, a Jetmaster fireplace, leading out to a balcony with gas BBQ, outdoor table and a coffee corner taking in those views! The dining area seats up to twelve guests and there is a gourmet kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, large fridge plus a second beverage fridge, Nespresso coffee maker (BYO pods) and a walk in pantry scullery with a dishwasher and ice maker. Also on the upper level is the master bedroom with direct access to the balcony, a king bed, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom with a fully body rain shower.
The lower level has a second living area with a Flatscreen TV and Foxtel and four bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, one with two single beds (can be joined on request) and the fourth with two single beds and a king single bunk), plus two more full bathrooms (one with a bath). The lower level has access to the patio, also offering waterviews.
