Summary: We had a great time at the house. The beds were very comfortable. Our preteen boys loved playing the nintendo, pool, and ping pong. Based on other reviews, we brought our own ping pong paddles. There was also only one usable pool stick, which was fine. My sister tried to use the bath tub upstairs, but it caused a leak to the bedroom below. I let the owners know, so hopefully that will be taken care of soon. If you have a large party, I would recommend bringing paper plates. There were only 7 plates, so we sometimes had to eat in shifts. The dishwasher was a bit wonky, so we did hand washing as well. Also, if your group all want to sit together, just know some people will have to sit in kitchen chairs in the living areas. They had a few folding chairs which was nice as there weren't enough chairs at the table for our whole group. Also, be prepared to figure out sheets for the beds when you arrive. Most beds did not have sheets. Several sets were in the dryer. We loved walking the circle the house was on as it had great views. Downtown Marion was super cute as well. While there was some updating needed, we still enjoyed our stay. It is all what you make of it. The hosts were very kind and responsive.
