BELLE MER VILLA is a luxury St. John vacation rental villa located beach front on Klein Bay along St. John's south shore. Direct access to the beach and Klein Bay is via a gated, private pathway from the pool deck across the landscaped back yard. Sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling are directly out your back door. This luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is approximately 10-15 minutes from the quaint village of Cruz Bay and 20-30 minutes from many of our world class beaches located within the US Virgin Islands National Park.
BELLE MER VILLA has a private paved driveway surrounded by lush tropical landscaping leading to the villa main entrance. From the adjacent parking area, entry to this beautiful vacation home is through a custom built mahogany doorway which opens directly to the private courtyard patio and pool deck where guests will find the refreshing pool surrounded by comfortable loungers and patio chairs. The main house entrance is conveniently located on the right just inside the entry doorway from the parking area and the separate 'pod' bedroom is located to the left of the courtyard. The main house features a full length covered veranda along the ocean side of the home and is complete with comfortable loungers and overstuffed chairs and a table and chairs for alfresco dining overlooking Klein Bay. The gas BBQ grill is also conveniently located on the veranda.
The main house features a finely decorated great room with comfortable seating areas, flat screen HDTV with satellite programming and DVD player. A small office area with desk and chair is located adjacent to the living room area. The great room semi-formal dining area seats 6-8 at the elegant, classic wooden dining table. The gourmet kitchen has all necessary amenities including a gas stove and stainless steel appliances and is separated from the dining area by a tiled breakfast bar. Double full-louvered doors open to the covered veranda from the living room seating and dining areas as well as the adjacent queen master suite. All veranda doors are screened to allow ocean breezes to cool the inside living spaces and to provide relaxing ocean views accompanied by the ever present sounds of the surf as it washes the shoreline along Klein Bay.
Each of the finely featured bedroom suites feature individually controlled air conditioning and en suite bathrooms - 2 of which are feature alfresco garden showers! The air conditioned master bedroom suite in the main house features a comfortable four poster queen bed and en suite bath and a private alfresco shower. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the hallway leading to the master suite bathroom. The second bedroom in the main house is accessed by a short staircase from the great room. This private second level bedroom features twin beds which may be made up as a king size bed, en suite bath with tiled shower, air conditioning, TV with DVD player, and a private balcony with seating for two overlooking the professionally landscaped backyard and the azure waters of Klein Bay. For additional comfort, all interior areas of the house have ceiling fans to augment the cooling ocean breezes. The second master suite is conveniently located in the separate bedroom 'pod' across the courtyard from the main house. This private air conditioned suite offers a comfortable king sized bed, en suite bath with alfresco shower, mini-fridge and ceiling fans.
A stone and mortar pathway leads from the courtyard pool deck to a private access gate through a sea grape hedge which provides the border between the beach and BELLE MER VILLA. Some of the best snorkeling on St. John can be found in the waters directly out the back door at BELLE MER VILLA.
