This 2 bedroom Apartment in it's self is not a very large Apartment but the Grounds around the property is huge and for the price, the Ocean views, Klien Bonaire is very scenic, and amenities is the most sought after for Divers.
As you enter this property you will feel and see the sea, ocean and all the tranquility that goes with that, a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea, island of Klein Bonaire and the garden with tropical fruits trees such mangoes, banana and palm. Very unique almost all the windows and doors have sea-View. Unlike other properties, every photo on this listing is from our property or close by dive sites and NOT from around the Island with beach and ocean views.
This warm Caribbean apartment ideal for the budget conscious and avid scuba diver or windsurfer or for those just wanting to relax and enjoy the year-round sunshine on Bonaire.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms one small bedroom with double bed, fully equipped with closet, bookshelf and night stand and dresser with mirror, without a window and also a larger bedroom with 3 windows. All bedrooms have Air-conditioning. Note that this beautiful apt has Spectacular sea-views, private Deck and Patio with dining and sitting areas, outdoor and indoor. The property consist of a large swimming pool, sun deck and Sandy area with barbecue grill. An open plan fully equipped kitchen with microwave/oven, coffee percolator and 4 Buner stove. The balcony is partially covered with an eating area and affords a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. Across the road a 2 mins walking, you can snorkel and dive at the Coral beach and Andrea 2 dive site. The Villa has a great many amenities for the price:- wireless internet, Free Laundry facilities, 2 outdoor showers, dive rinse tank and drying rack rail for all water sport enthusiasts. Further more it includes a BBQ Grill, Beach Chairs, Gazebo, Outdoor Bar and Sink {see photos}.
There are exposed areas for sunbathing like our sandy area “Nickev look out point ” Sandy area with coconut and palm trees area also with extensive covered sitting areas when you want some shade. We can easily accommodate 1-2 vehicles.
Walking distance to Dive sites and Coral beaches Andrea I and II,
5 Mins driving from 1000 Steps, and all the dive sites north of the Island along the incredibly beautiful coast. The villa is located about 4 miles from the main town, Kralendijk;
* 6 miles from the Airport.
NOTE -
The electricity and water costs have now increased to a point where it will be necessary to charge for over usage. The rate is only coverage on an average of 15 hours of usage of Air-condition in the Bedrooms ( Night time Usage). If you would like to use more hours It will be an $10 extra per day, please let us know. When leaving the house, please take off all air-condition units.
