Positive: The lobby/sitting area/bar was very nice,professional, and clean, which made you feel at home. The room was very nice and comforting. A very quick walk to the arena. Probably 500 yards. Nice breakfast display with many great options
Negative: We weren't aware of the parking situation and the issues they were having that required us to use valet parking and pay another unexpected fee. 2 different lights in our room did not work along with the refrigerator, which was hot inside when I opened it and stunk bad. These issues were documented to the working supervisor only to hear. I'll make note of this and have something check it out. No offer of anything.
