At Spyglass House when you first walk in the door your eyes will immediately be drawn to the panoramic ocean view from the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the whole house. You will have the entire house and property with private infinity pool and deck to yourself. Ideal for one couple, two couples, families, and pets are always welcome. The large living room and kitchen have cathedral ceilings and separates the two romantic and spacious master suites on each side of the house. Each suite has king size beds, full size bathrooms, walk-in showers, air-conditioners, balconies, closets, workspace and blackout curtains for a good night sleep. Wake up to the sound of the waves crashing nearby, and the howler monkeys in the trees, and the birds greeting you in the morning. There is a 2 car carport, 5G wifi & SmartTv.
The neighborhood is quiet and provides a perfect setting for those who enjoy a morning walk or a walk at sunset. At the top of the driveway you can walk down the hill and be at the beach in ten minutes where there is plenty of free parking. There is a great come-as-you-are restaurant on the beach that I highly recommend and one of my favorites called "Father Rooster" where you can go after a day of swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing or watch the sunset. The walk is easy on the way down and for some it is a bit of a challenge on the way back in a couple of areas. To the right of the driveway you can enjoy the winding roads with very little traffic while looking out at the ocean. Occasionally you may see horses on their way back from giving tourists a ride on the beach. If you want to ride a horse on the beach "the monkey farm" is walking distance from the house where they have plenty of signs to follow.
Spyglass is a single-level house with easy access and minimal steps. As you enter the top of the property through a rod iron gate, you will go down a long driveway that faces the ocean and lined with palm trees that leads to a two-car carport. As you enter through the courtyard rod iron gate, you will walk along a pathway that greets you with flowers and plants that lead you to the front door. The walkway is well lit day and night. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows showcase the ocean view and marina in every room from one side of the house to the other. There are three self-controlled air-conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living room.
The kitchen faces the ocean while you are cooking on a 6 burner range. The kitchen has a dishwasher and new refrigerator. It is fully stocked and offers plenty of space to whip up a feast. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, skillets and utensils.
There are three dining room tables to choose from and each table seats up to four people. The open floor-plan makes it easy to sit in many different areas throughout. The first dining room is inside and surrounded by an all glass bay window next to the kitchen. The second dining area is outside on the balcony a few steps away from the kitchen sliding glass door and living room sliding glass door. The third dining area is in the backyard on the deck by the pool.
The living room has a leather couch and loveseat and faces the ocean while you sit and relax or watch a movie on Netflix.
There is a free laundry room with a washer, dryer, utility sink (plus laundry soap). The laundry room also stores snorkel gear for two, skim board, boogie-board, inter-tubes, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.
