Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Well heated house (fireplace with plenty firewood and electrical heaters). 10 min from Jasna by car. Large TV, large common space. Everything you need in the kitchen (microwave, 2 fridges, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, pans, etc.). 3 toilets, 2 showers. Very clean. Several slippers available. Towels provided. Comfortable beds. Private parking (we had 2 cars, but 4-5 cars should fit). A couple of proper groceries nearby (Moj Obchod, 2 x COOP - 5 min by car, TESCO and Lidl - 15 min). Overall - great place to stay with friends. I would come here again.

Negative: No oven in the kitchen. No washing machine. Sauna is for 2 people and is connected to a single room. We didn't use it, but likely won't be a good fit for a larger group. Not the best soundproofing in the ground floor bedroom - you could hear people walk, etc. in the bedroom above.
