1. Private Pontoon: When pontoon is available, a $500 deposit is required to reserve the pontoon. Pontoon is rented out on other platforms and is first come first serve. Once a deposit is made, it is reserved for you for the number of days you wish to use it for. Pontoon fee of $200 per day is taken from deposit, if 3 days or more are requested, a larger deposit is required to cover days of use. 3 days use=$600 deposit, 4 days use= $800 deposit, etc. If pontoon is reserved for 1 day use, $300 will be returned from deposit so long as no new damages are found, and fuel tank is returned full.
2. Waterfront Fenced in Yard: Our spacious waterfront yard provides plenty of room for outdoor activities and relaxation. Lounge in our Adirondack chairs, gather around the fire pit for s'mores, or grill up some delicious BBQ on our charcoal grill.
