The space
Fenced off area away from the main house together on a half-acre. Electricity and water, hot water in the outdoor shower. Outhouse with a Flushing toilet. Kitchenette with a BBQ, sink, freezer and fridge. Safari canvas tent with a queen size memory foam bed. Premium bedding and pillows. portable air conditioning unit and electric stove in the tent to control the temperature. Stock tank pool, big chalkboard, telescope, corn hole game and fire pit grill. This is on a residential street, and you can expect to hear cars, trucks, motorcycles, and even tractors drive by. We are also in an agricultural area so you will hear goats, chickens, dogs, pigs, donkeys and more. This makes it a very short drive to dining and shopping in Calaveras County.

You will have your own fenced off area for privacy with private gated parking in your space. Everything listed is available to you and only you on your stay completely separate from the main house.
Other things to note
We do our best to make this the most luxurious camping experience possible. That being said it is still camping and there are bugs, animals, hot and cold weather, and dust to consider when booking with us. If there is a red flag fire danger in the area you will only be allowed to use charcoal in the fire pit as all fires do get banned but not BBQs.
