Master bedroom 1 that is on the right side of the house is conjoined between the laundry room. While it’s integrated with the entire house, it also offers privacy to the guest that choose to stay there with a private entrance, woodburning, fireplace, and kitchenette/dining area.

Relax and unwind in our spacious living room. The open layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and modern kitchen. Kick back on the comfortable couches, catch up on your favorite shows, or enjoy a movie night with the family.

- No Shoes: Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping (including marijuana and tobacco) are NOT allowed inside or on the patio. A $500 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.
- No Mailing Packages: Do NOT send or receive packages at the property.
- No Excessive Guests: Additional guests NOT on the reservation require approval and will incur a $50 fee per guest.
- PETS: We allow up to 2 pets with an additional $100 pet fee to cover extra cleaning. For more than 2 dogs, please inform us in advance; as an extra fee of $50 per dog will apply.
- Report Damages: If anything breaks, notify us immediately through the app with a photo. Failure to report damages will result in a $150 fine plus repair costs.
- No Parties: No parties inside or outside the property since this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise must be minimal after 9:00 PM - 7AM. Violating this will result in the termination of your reservation.
- Noise & Security: Violation of the noise ordinance or tampering with security devices will lead to immediate reservation termination with NO refund and a $500 fine with possible legal action.
- Excessive Cleaning: $100 fee if the property is left with excessive trash.
- Keep Doors Closed: Refunds won't be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
