Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Amazing views and a great location at the southern end of Theth center, making it easy to walk to both the Blue Eye and Grunas Waterfall. The guesthouse is also within walking distance of a mini market and the bus stop. Samuel and his wife are incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts who genuinely care about their guests. Samuel is an experienced local guide and can provide excellent advice on hiking trails and sightseeing in the area. The Wi-Fi is fast, the hot shower is excellent, and the breakfast included in the room rate is absolutely delicious. I also highly recommend asking them to prepare dinner. The guesthouse is located right next to the Kulla of Reconciliation and is home to what may be the largest beech tree in Theth. One especially meaningful detail is that the guesthouse is named after their baby, Sitilios, which makes the place feel even more personal and special.

Negative: The potential downside is that most of the common areas are shared with Samuel and his family, so it may not feel as private as a typical hotel. Therefore, if you look for a conventional hospitality experience, it will not be an option for you.
