Quietly in the hinterland, between vineyards and garrigue, the outbuilding (well separated from the main house - with its own access for privacy preserved by our guests) is located within the Pradines estate in Saint Pons de Mauchiens , Medieval village.
On the bases of the old chapel of the estate, consisting of a ground floor of 50m ² with a large living room (sofa, armchairs, TV, DVD ...) and a large fully equipped kitchen (oven, vitroceramic hob, Fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine) totally open on the dining room, for a comfortable and functional living space.
A bathroom (shower and toilet) completes the layout of this first level.
