Beautiful Strathmere single family located just a few houses from the beach on the ocean side of Commonwealth. This newer 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home features an upside down layout with views of the ocean. The top floor has an open concept floor plan including a large custom kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinets. There is an open dining area plus a Jr Master Suite with full bath and more ocean views. The open staircase leads to the first living floor which features an expansive master suite with large walk-in closet and ensuite bath, two additional bedrooms, hall bath and laundry. The ground floor has an entry foyer and a huge garage with an extra refrigerator, Ping Pong table the competitors in all of us, and room for multiple cars plus plenty of storage. Central air, a paved driveway and huge fenced rear yard. Just steps to the beach, the bay, the Deauville, La Fontana and all that Strathmere offers. Don't miss this lovely Strathmere home.
