Situé au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur un petit jardin d'une belle copropriété, notre meublé de tourisme en conformité avec la loi, est très lumineux grâce à ses deux grandes fenêtres exposées sud.
Son entrée séparée dispose de grands rangements pratiques.
La cuisine est moderne et équipée : plaque 4 feux, micro-ondes, mini-four, lave-vaisselle, etc...
Salle d'eau qui est particulièrement confortable : grand espace douche, parquet en teck, quelques rangements et un lave-linge séchant.
Le grand studio peut héberger 4 personnes : un lit double 140x200 cm et un grand canapé qui se transforme en un lit double confortable. Le linge de lit est fourni.
L'appartement dispose également d'une connexion wifi haut débit et de 170 chaînes de télévision.
Vous apprécierez sans doute les beaux volumes de l'appartement : sa belle hauteur sous plafond et les 28 m2 de la pièce principale.
