Our Priocca Studio, born from an innovative project created with Nest.city and recently renovated, is located a few steps from the Balon market, the Turin Eye and the renowned Holden school. The atmosphere is fresh, delicate, relaxing: the apartment is very quiet (overlooking the internal courtyard) and easily accessible since it is located on the mezzanine floor (there is only a small flight of stairs).
The entrance overlooks a living space, furnished with a small kitchenette and a table, ideal for breakfast or a quick meal. The sleeping area is separate from the living area and is furnished with a queen size bed and clothes stand. Two French windows give access to a small balcony furnished with a table and chairs, and the small bathroom is well equipped and comes with a shower.
