3 Bedroom House in Kensington-Cedar Cottage, Vancouver
Welcome to our beautiful home! It is THE perfect place for you and your loved ones. Located just off Kingsway - one of our main streets through Vancouver. You'll be within easy walking distance to some of Vancouver’s best shops, restaurants, and parks. There is also immediate access to public transportation. Only 10 minutes drive to downtown and 25 mins to YVR Airport. One private parking space (with electric plug) and plenty of street parking otherwise. I guarantee you will be excited to stay!
The space
Cozy and recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. A perfect place to stay for your visit to Vancouver, the house is located within a block of public transit, offering easy access to the whole city.
With a private entry through the front door of the house. The first floor has a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen to cook your own meals. We have you covered in the bathroom as well, so no need to pack your shampoo and conditioner for this trip.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms - one with a King bed, one with a Queen bed, and one is a Double. There are two bathrooms upstairs, and a powder room downstairs.

Guest access
Guests can access the house by keypad with a custom code. The entire home with 2.5 bathrooms and in suite laundry is included, except for a basement storage room which is locked off. The rest of the house is yours!
Street parking is free, you can usually find a spot right out front or within a block of our home, depending on the time of day.
Other things to note
There is a security camera outside the house, it is a Ring Camera and only used for security purposes.
There is the potential for hot water to run out, as we have a hot water tank. If it does run out, it can take 30-60 mins to refill. You would need to take excessive hot showers for the water to deplete!
