Sit outside on the 1000 square foot southwest facing terrace and enjoy panoramic views of 35 miles of coastline and the Channel Islands. The terrace has a hot tub from which to watch the sunset, a dining table for six, a seating area for eight, lounge chairs, and a secluded outdoor shower with ocean views. Monthly rent is $7,000-$7,500/mth. However, owners may be flexible on a price for a lease longer than 30 days. No pets.
