This stately home features hardwood floors throughout, stunning mountain views, and copious amounts of usable outdoor space. Perched on a hill in the heart of the San Roque neighborhood, this home boasts of 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, and plenty of space to live and work.
When you first enter the home, you are greeted with a spacious foyer, leading into the updated kitchen with views of the impeccably maintained front yard. You can enjoy a meal at the eat-in island, or in the adjacent dining room. The living room (not pictured) boasts two luxuriously new and comfortable couches, chairs, and a fireplace- truly creating the ideal spot to curl up with a good book or enjoy conversations with company. San Roque Gem also has a separate TV room featuring a large TV and plush seating. Also on the first floor is the home office and a bedroom. The home office is large enough for two separate workstations, perfect for remote learning or working! The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom.
On the second floor, you will find the other three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a California King sized bed, TV, and two separate private balconies to watch the sunrise and sunset from. The primary bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. Also on the second level is another bedroom with a queen-sized bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom. For the youngsters and/ or visitors in your group, there is a fourth and final bedroom featuring two twin bunk beds and a full sized bed. This room also has an ensuite bathroom.
