An extensive patio with built-in heaters wraps around the back of the home creating optimal outdoor living at it's finest!
AC available in the primary bedroom and the attached 2nd unit. There are roses, raised planting beds, and many producing fruit trees (avocados, citrus, etc.) in the garden and fully fenced yard. Community of 9 homes has access to a private tennis court. If you are someone who seeks privacy and finds stunning ocean views irresistible, this property will not disappoint. *PETS: ONLY 3 PETS ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A $300/per pet fee will apply. Please advise at the time of booking, we will send a request for pet fee payment which is due upon receipt. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $1000 fine.
*Our cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning of the house, patio/grill, outdoor space and hot tub after every guest.
