This stunning beach house is right on the beach with amazing uninterrupted sea views !
You can often watch seals and dolphins from the glass fronted living room and 2 double sea facing bedrooms which all have sliding glass doors to a decked balcony, steps lead down to a second patio area with a disposable bbq point and exterior dining table where you can enjoy a meal with stunning sunsets.

The space
The wonderful relaxing - BEACH ESCAPE -
Is one of just 4 privately owned houses set directly on the edge of this quite welsh beach . It is the most amazing location.
Properties like this are a rare find .
Imagine waking up facing the amazing waves and stunning beach directly in front of you . Sipping cocktails as you watch the sunset over the sea on the beautiful glass fronted balcony just metres from the sea.
Inside the cosy bright modern lounge with floor to ceiling glass doors.
The Beach escape is extra special for those of you wanting a real escape ! It has those added luxuries and is almost on the beach itself!
We have now completed a full refirbishment October 2022.
Kitchen :
The escape has a lovely grey gloss kitchen with white glitter worktops , with a dishwasher and wine chiller for those bottles of fizz for evening star gazing
Bathroom:
A compact yet beautiful bathroom with a real pebble floor and real sand resin toilet seat .A corner shower and a modern counter top sink.

Bedroom 1: Double
'Enjoying our special place ' room
This newly renovated beautiful tranquil room is a mix of natural whicker and boho chic design . It has a cream velvet ottoman bed ( ideal to store your luggage) A wardrobe, chest of drawers mirror and chair .
Floor to ceiling sliding patio doors lead to a decking area over looking the sea.
Bedroom 2: Double
The 'Puffin room' is ochre and grey and boasts a lovely grey velvet bed facing sliding glass doors facing the sea leading out to a decked area .
It has a dressing area ( space enough for a travel cot )
Which includes a double mirror fronted wardrobe , narrow chest of drawers and grey velvet tub chair.
Bedroom 3: Single
The 'Starfish room' is a beautiful single room with a calming and neutral decor it has a white wooden bed with a luxury deep memory foam mattress . A white shaker style wardrobe with a drawer .
A luxury natural wood bedside table and a unique hanging rope bedside night light.
The welcoming hall way has plenty space for coats and taking off shoes .
The house has timed central heating . So is very cosy even in the coldest welsh weather !
The property is non smoking inside.
We can allow one small well behaved dog which is £7 per night extra.
dogs must not be left in the property alone
( please do not book if you have pet allergies)
This stunning beach property is in a perfect location ,between Caernarfon and Pwthelli and if you can tare yourself away from beach and wave watching it is a ideal base for lots of activities such as the famous zip world , bounce below , surf Snowdonia, the newly extended welsh highland railway, now with the luxury Pullman carriage and of course mount Snowdon with its train and amazing walks .
The nearest town is the castle town of Caernarfon with beautiful gobble streets full of lovely gift shops and amazing bistros and public houses many with

Private parking for 2 cars is included in the price.
Upper walk on decked glass balcony with seating accessed from the lounge leading to open decked area in front of both double bedrooms. Steps down to the lower terrace with dining table and seating and disposible bbq point. ( please dispose of your bbq safely)
Other things to note
THE ACCOMODATION IS *SELF CATERING*
We supply :
Bedding for each guests
1 Shower and 1 hand towel for each guests (please bring your own beach towel)
Crockery, cutlery, pot, pans, cups, glasses.
Dish cloth
Dish towel.
For your convenience on arrival in case you have forgotten to bring
we also supply to get you started :
One Toliet roll
One Garbage bag
Small amount of washing up liquid and hand soap.
*We regret we cannot supply full packets of the above as these often get taken from the accommodation.
Pets
The property has been completely refurbished including new carpets all through. We therefore will now only allow very well behaved pets which we do charge extra for , so we can shampoo carpets between guests .
Pets must not however be left in the accommodation alone .

BALCONY & STEPS
The decked balcony is open in front of the bedrooms and fronted with glass in front of the lounge. It has open steps ( no hand rail) at either side of the glass fronted balcony down to the lower terrace seating area.
BBQ
There is a disposable bbq area point. *please bring your own.
Please note although you will see a hot tub on the lower terrace this is empty and not included (it is only ever used by the owners)
SLIPWAY
Guest are welcome to bring their own surf board or kayaks and use the slipway to the left of the house.
