The space
Our apartment:
Is a bright studio apartment resembles a 5 star hotel room! You will be enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine under the lights of FLAME TOWERS, looking at Presidential Palace, Philharmonic and Presidentials, gardens.....The Sea BOULEVARD and OLD city is just across the road from our building. We have a studding balcony for cozy evenings watching the sunrises and sunsets. Our building is right next to FOUR SEASONS HOTEL and AZNEFT square which is the most expensive and prestigious hotel in Baku. So for much less price you will get the same amazing views and feelings, this is priceless. We are 3 minutes’ walk to the Old city, Maiden Tower and literally right by Nizami street's bars and restaurants, coffee shops (Starbucks, Gloria Jeans coffee, Hard Rock Cafe, Paris Bistro) and major business centres and shopping malls.
What's is inside:
The french doors of the balcony open to amazing views of the old city gardens, boulevard, F1 track so you will wake up to the stunning view every morning!! This is priceless! The apartment is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 adult guests and a 1 child and a baby (we have baby crib on request) There is 1 large balcony overlooking the 1 double bed as well as a sofa that can accommodate a child. There is also a working desk corner and table. There are two LCD TVs, hi speed internet Wi-Fi, First aid kit, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine (with powder).
Bedroom and bathroom:
As we love our guests, we always provide clean linens at the check-in as well as towels (face and body), single use sleepers, one time use shampoos, shower gels, toothpaste and toothbrush, toilet paper.
Kitchen:
There is always a bottle of still water, tea and coffee, so you feel at home from the first day in Baku and get well rested. You may use all kitchen wear and cutlery, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and freezer, kettle, oven, cooker as well as cooking items such as oils, spices etc.
Check-in is from 14:00, Check-out usually takes place at 12pm.
