The open plan living space and kitchen has everything you need for a holiday with all new appliances, including electric oven and hob, integrated fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. It has a bespoke panelled dining area with farmhouse table, bench seating and two dining chairs. There is a separate utility space with a washer dryer.
Brand new central heating, contemporary sofas, a Smart TV, ambient lighting and broadband make this a fantastic base any time of the year. The lounge offers a wonderful space to relax and includes a lovely window seat to watch the world go by.

Getting there
The full address is Brandelhowe, Portinscale, Nr Keswick, CA12 5RD and directions are as follows:
• Travelling west towards Cockermouth from Keswick on the A66 take the first exit signed to Portinscale.
• Proceed into the village, past the Farmers Arms on the left hand side and carry on for approx. 200m.
• As the road bends to the right in the centre of the village, turn left. Follow the smaller of the brown signs toward the Derwentwater Hotel. (Your parking space is almost directly in front of you in the car park for Harney Peak.)
• Brandelhowe is at the end of the terraced building on your left-hand side.
• Its front door is the last door facing to the front of the building, practically overlooking the entrance to the Derwentwater Hotel.
• You can park directly outside the front door to load and unload.
• There is additional on street parking in front of the Derwentwater hotel if required.

Brandelhowe is accessed via the front of the property, directly from the street.
There are two steps up to the front door that are 13cm high x 37cm deep and then 10cm high x 20cm deep. The front door is 75cm wide and has a lip that is 5cm high x 15cm deep. It is hinged on the right. The lock is operated by a key code and is 148 cm high.

Access to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is directly via the front door which is 75cm wide.
There is a window seat to the front of the property at 57cm high.
