Relax on custom Pottery Barn couches or in swivel chairs while watching a movie on the DVD player and the 55” flatscreen TV which is mounted above the modern gas fireplace. Dimming lights create a variety of lighting options.
Enjoy all the conveniences of a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with a 6-burner Viking professional range, stainless steel appliances and granite tile countertops. The open plan allows you to enjoy cooking and socializing at the same time. Amenities include common spices and condiments so you don’t have to bring everything with you. Relax over dinner at the 8 person dining table.
Retreat to the split-level master bedroom with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and private en suite bath. Open the sliding glass door and listen to the waves crash on the beach or cozy up in front of the modern gas fireplace and watch a movie on the 50” flatscreen TV. Soak in the extra-large jacuzzi tub while gazing at open space hillsides and Dillon Beach or use the separate standing shower with rain showerhead.

**You may only park 3 cars in the driveway, there is no street parking and no garage parking available.
