Located in the heart of Coles Bay and right on the edge of the Freycinet National Park, The Tides offers lovely views across Coles Bay and the famous Hazard Mountains. This is a two storey property where most of the living area, kitchen and bedrooms are located upstairs. There is also a small, more basic living area, kitchenette, bathroom, a queen bedroom plus bunk beds downstairs, accessed via an outdoor stairwell.
It is easy walking distance to Richardson's beach, the shops, Freycinet Lodge, and other dining options.
Upstairs The Tides is light, spacious and comfortable, stylishly furnished to have a casual, beachy feel. There are three bedrooms upstairs, two with stunning views, and the option of another queen bed and single bunks downstairs. There are three bathrooms; an ensuite and family bathroom upstairs and one downstairs.
The sunny kitchen is well equipped with everything you need whilst on your holiday, while the kitchenette downstairs can cater for basic meal preparation. There is a Nespresso machine for those coffee lovers.
Also upstairs is a large sun-drenched deck with outdoor dining facilities and BBQ. There is also a balcony running the length of the house at the front, ensuring that you have the best views. The wood fire makes winter visits cosy and warm (only available from May to September).
Comfortably sleeping up to 11 guests, this house is perfect for couples, families or friends. For larger groups, you have the convenience of the extra downstairs area, where there is space for some of your party to have some privacy or for kids and teenagers to hang out.
