A stunning, charming property refurbished in 2018 with pool. High quality materials and wonderful decorated. Perfectly suited for 1 big family or 2 families with children or a group of friends. WIFI, 3 televisions, UK and Dutch tv chanels, airco in all rooms. At 500 meters from spa, gym, pool, several restaurants, bars and grocery. At 4 minutes by bus to 1 of the nicest and cleanest sand beaches of el Campello, which is very safe for children (walking distance 15 minutes). Only 50 meters from bus stop which can take you to the beach Cala Lanuza, el Campello (tram station) and la Coveta Fuma. Time table in the house.

We charge and additional 150€ for final cleaning and 15€ per person for the bed linen.

During the top season ( july/august/september)we just accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday, so please bear that in mind before booking.
The villa has upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 wonderful marble tilled bathrooms with walk-in shower and toilet and there is a 3rd separate toilet. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating. All beds are of high quality.
The villa consists of a very bright and spacious open plan living room, dining area and well equipped kitchen with black granite top, oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, dish washer, Nespresso machine, induction cooker, water cooker. Next to the kitchen is an utility room with washing machine and cloth dryer (both MIELE)
Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms with a living area and cozy small terrace wonderful decorated in Ibiza style. External stairs are leading to the pool area. All new beds of 2018. Air conditioning warm/Cold in all the bedrooms and Living Room.
Big sliding doors are leading to the terrace with pool. The terrace has 1 big stone BBQ and 1 big gas BBQ a pergola with big dining table.
Chill out lounge set and 8 sun beds. The PERFECT villa for a PERFECT holiday in summer and winter! Many television channels NL, DE, UK, FR, USA Stereo equipment and DVD. There are totally 3 televisions in the villa. Chromecast.

The bus stop is next to the house. The tram station at 15 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes by bus.
Next wonderful clean sand beach is Cala Venta Lanuza at 5 minutes by bus and 10/15 minutes walking distance. Next to this bay you find the Jet Set beach bar for a drink and a meal.
Banks, shops, restaurants of el Campello are at 7 minutes by car.
