Summary: We had such a wonderful week staying at this amazing villa in Almancil. It was our first time in Portugal and we were aiming for a relaxing week at a property that could appeal to and accommodate three generations in our family. We had plenty of room, with comfortable indoor and outdoor space that matched the amazing photos in the listening (we were worried we might find it to be outdated once we arrived, but that was not the case). The kids absolutely loved swimming in the pool every day (and night). We enjoyed my (chef) husband’s meals a few of the nights - and he loved used the outdoor pizza oven and the green egg smoker/bbq. My parents were able to enjoy a full week of being close to all of us- yet with enough separate space to get some quiet time when needed. The location was amazing too! We could explore different towns and beaches each day - although we would have been happy going to the closest beach every day (only a 10 minute walk or a short drive). We even took a trip into Spain to Seville for a day. Thanks so much to Dan for the amazing accommodations. We do hope to return!
