With privileged access to the condominium pool. This apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Spacious 1 bedroom type apartment with about 80 m2 situated on the ground floor and with privileged access to the condominium pool, great green areas, spacious and well decorated. The property has air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor furniture on the terrace, bathroom (bath), 1 spacious bedroom with double bed. Espresso machine. Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
