Common Outpost, in the private community of Roxbury Run, is nestled in a quiet cul de sac, surrounded by woods yet private and secluded. In the summer enjoy the community POOL! Whether you are entertaining friends and family in the open-concept living and dining space or quietly curled up with a book in front of the double sided cathedral fireplace, this place has something for everyone! Dogs considered for additional fee, upon approval. $100 per stay per dog, 2 dog max. Sorry, no cats!

Common Outpost has a short driveway leading to the house with ample parking close to to the home. The interior of the house is filled with natural light and has an open floor plan. The living room with double sided fireplace has cathedral ceilings and is surrounded by windows to let nature in. Outside there is a serene front deck, perfect for a morning cup of coffee and an expansive back deck with plenty of room for your whole group to gather.
Entry: The main entryway is on the driveway side of the house and has a spacious foyer, laundry room and hallway that leads to the back deck.
Kitchen: The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room. A breakfast bar offers additional seating and a place to prepare and serve food. Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances, cookware and bakeware that you will need to prepare group meals. The openness of the living room, kitchen and dining room allows all of your group to move freely throughout the home while enjoying each others company.
Dining Room: The dining room seats 6 people comfortably with additional seating at the breakfast bar.
Living room: A cozy place to spend your evenings playing games, streaming a movie on the flat screen TV or warming up in front of the fireplace.
Bathrooms: There is a bathroom on the main floor with a tub/shower combo, a full bathroom in the master bedroom with bidet, whirlpool tub and walk in shower and a full bathroom on the second floor with tub/shower combo. Plenty of get ready space for everyone in your group!
Bedrooms: The Master Bedroom is on the first floor and features a queen sized bed, walk in closet and sliding doors to the back deck. Just down the hall is a bedroom with 2 twin beds. On the second floor there is another bedroom with queen sized bed and en suite.
Outdoor Space: The house sits on 1.5 acres of land and has spacious lawn and surrounded by trees. Private and serene for all types of getaways.

The Trailways bus line does travel on Route 28, otherwise there are no or limited cabs or Uber. A car is necessary to get around. Gas stations can be miles apart so always make sure you have gas! October through April weather is mercurial - snow one day, warm the next! Check the weather report before you leave home and plan your trip accordingly. If you are unfamiliar with driving in snow search for tips online through travel sites like AAA.
Stays 7 days or more have a $400 cleaning fee. Guests are provided with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry soap, propane, cleaning supplies. When the provided supply is gone guests should purchase what they need for the remainder of their stay.

Cell Service: Cell service in the area is limited and there may be places that you do not get a signal. Always write down directions before leaving as GPS may not work in certain areas. I do have Sprint and get 3 bars at the house.

The home is in the private community of Roxbury Run. The Roxbury Run Country Club pool is included in the reservation at no additional charge. Guests must follow pool and community guidelines in shared usage areas. Violating of RRCC rules could affect your stay and result in immediate termination of reservation with no refund for unused time.
Winter: The driveway is maintained all year so there's no need to worry in the winter time. Please keep the walkway shoveled during your stay for your safety. Secondary roads are not typically plowed between the hours of 8PM and 5AM. If you are arriving during these hours check the weather report and plan your trip accordingly.

- No parties. Only the number of guests on the reservation should be in the house. Let Host know of daytime guests.
- No smoking. If you must smoke, do so outdoors only and extinguish when done then put in the garbage.

- Quiet hours 9PM to 8AM, keep outdoor noise to a minimum.
