Why live out of a suitcase? In the bedroom there's a dresser, a closet and plenty of hangers. Guests love the queen size bed fitted with a medium-firm Legacy Tuft & Needle Mattress (foam bounce-back support and breathability). The bed is made up with high-quality cotton sheets, a down comforter, hypoallergenic pillows, and extra blankets. In this Airbnb you don't need to choose who gets the only nightstand and outlet: there are two nightstands, two reading lights and outlets on both sides of the bed. There are plenty of outlets throughout the unit.
We love Oaxaca, Mexico and the artwork produced there. Your (private, of course) bathroom is ensuite and the large shower (perfect for two, but you didn't hear that from us) has an eight foot ceiling. Shower walls are accented with tiles from an amazing Oaxacan artists' collective. The shower dispensers are filled with high quality body wash, conditioner and shampoo. There is a stack of fluffy, cotton bath towels on the rack.
While the kitchenette has no stove, guests will find free trade coffee (regular and decaf), hot chocolate, a selection of teas, instant oatmeal, fun (and healthy) breakfast cereals, and milk in the refrigerator.
Take a trip to Zingerman's and buy sandwiches, cheeses and charcuterie. The kitchenette is well-stocked with cups, glasses and dishes, silverware and a variety of kitchen utensils.. There's a refrigerator/freezer, a two-person cafe table and cafe stools, a microwave, electric hot water kettle, an electric coffee pot and a French press.
We offer guests one made-to-order breakfast during with their three-day booking. There are always gluten free and vegan breakfasts on the menu.
Your home-cooked breakfast can be served up in our 800 square foot, raised bed, organic garden (May-September), or delivered to your doorstep. The eggs (in season) come from our chickens, and the breads are never store bought. There are always gluten free and vegan breakfast items available.

It is the express intent of the parties to not enter into a landlord-tenant relationship. There is no lease, implied or specific, between the parties. The host (property owners) reserves all of their rights and any rights the guest may have to the property are subordinated to all the rights of the host.
Every effort will be made to provide the guest a license to the listed property, but in the case of an emergency the host reserves the right to provide a license to a substitute property of substantially the same character.
The host may ask the guest to leave at any time and the guest must comply; the guest will receive a prorated refund of any and all funds prepaid to the host for the license. The guest may terminate at any time after arrival and leave and get a prorated refund.
Notwithstanding any of the above, the host may retain any funds needed to repair actual damage to the licensed property.
