The Space:
Let us extend to you a warm Welsh welcome to our freshly renovated apartment in a great location in Cardiff, just a short 10 minutes walk from Cardiff Central station. The apartment is clearly lovingly cared for, and combines spaciousness with comfort as well as all the modern amenities - ready to make you feel right at home. No need to worry about sharing keys, there is a smart lock so you can come & go at different times if needed. Throughout the property there are plenty of USB sockets to charge your power hungry devices. There is also central heating throughout so you can keep warm in those cold winter months!
Let’s start our quick tour in the lounge which has a blue velvet design sofa in the centre of the room. Gather in here for a relaxing evening, forget boring old telly, the lounge is equipped with a 55” 4K FireTV on the exposed brickwork, allowing you to enjoy a comfy night after enjoying all the sights that Cardiff has to offer.
The kitchen features solid oak worktops with twin induction hobs, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of gas cooking & the safety of electrical. Included as standard are a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, oven & all the pots/pans/crockery needed for a short time in Cardiff. There is also a dining table to enjoy a coffee in the morning or to get some work done if you’re on business. There is also a washing machine/tumble dryer combo so you can wash your clothes if needed without worrying about the weather!
Use our smart mirror in the bathroom to listen to music whilst you jump into the tastefully decorated shower. The mirror connects to your phone bluetooth without the need to install additional apps, is heated so you don’t have to wipe it after a hot shower & has x3 magnification circle in the corner for applying makeup. It also has a shaver socket hidden on the right hand side, just incase you forgot your shaver/electric toothbrush adapter!
Last, but certainly not least, there’s another space that’s well worth a mention here and that’s the free off road parking space within 5 mins walk of the property.
