Positive: Good info regarding check in and out. Limited entry to building for residents and private parking spot.. Dishwasher, washer/dryer is very convenient. Location close to downtown, station and water taxis.
Negative: Surroundings a bit noisy, traffic, trains and guests to sports events and concerts nearby. Number 2 bed (extendable sofa) is not comfy for more than one grownup/youngster, but will do for 2 small kids.
