On the largest part of the natural and well-kept plot, fresh-air fiends won't get bored, as there is so much to explore and discover. The spacious terrace directly next to the house will probably be one of the main places you'll spend time in.
It is slightly raised and exudes an enchanting charm with its beautiful old floor panels and the cleverly installed sun roof. Comfortable rattan furniture for extensive relaxation just like the round dining table; another seating place around the corner invites you to a relaxing retreat under the old and gnarled olive tree. A real eye-catcher here is the high china cabinet, in which colourful, decorative wall plates glitter prettily. Practical tip: there is access to the terrace from this point as well. Two bedrooms that share a bathroom with shower are also located on this floor. On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms, which share a bath with tub. The interior of the villa impresses as a whole especially by its excellent combination of old, restored furniture and modern elements and surfaces, such as those found in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The thick walls of the building create a balancing climate, especially during the summer, so that it stays pleasantly cool even on hot days.
Alaró is situated on the eastern edge of the mountains of Tramuntana. The mountain chain with its wild natural areas forms an impressive contrast to the green valley surrounding Alaró. The little town itself is really inconspicuous with no well-known sights. However, its charming rural surroundings are a great starting point for wonderful hiking tours. At an altitude of 825 metres, half of the island of Mallorca will be at your feet! The village of Santa Maria del Cami with its weekly market is just quarter of an hour away by car. This is where you can buy fresh regional delicacies or visit a bar or a restaurant. You can also take a tour to Bunyola's Moorish gardens, the Jardines de Alfabia (28 km) and then the Red Lightning, the almost 100-year old nostalgic narrow-gauge railway, to Sóller.
