Updated stylish furnishings with an included arcade area for entertainment. This is the upper level of a duplex. Since it is a restored historic home with wood flooring, you may hear guests walking from time to time. They will also be able to hear you so please be accommodating to those guests. Enjoy the complimentary bottled water and snacks at check-in.

- Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am.
- Please strip the beds of all the linens and place them on the floor prior to checking out.

- All pets are required to be leashed if walking in the neighborhood.
