1 Bedroom House in Old Town, San Diego
Steps away from Old Town Historic State Park and MTS(Metro transit center to downtown and other connecting San Diego Areas). Convenient and private. We have 2 bungalows side by side pictures show both units but each unit is booked separately. Each unit comes with a front patio porch to relax and enjoy the morning coffee or the evening sun. One unit has a back yard for pets too. Each Newly remodeled unit is cozy & comfortable and can accommodate up to 3 ppl. We do not reserve one over the other and or promise one over the other. Each unit is only 350 sq. ft. Each unit has the exact same sleeping amennities. Beautiful accommodations. Bathrooms(shower, toilet) and Kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, hot plate for cooking,blender,dishes,cutlery,crock pot, pans etc. and microwave no oven stove top for cooking)) are side by side in each unit. On site laundry available, one secured parking space per unit.
We have excellent wifi(can support up to 9 devices) A dedicated work space with desk and chair. Netflix and multiple movie channels. We are pet friendly but require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. We only allow 2 pets in total both under 25lbs. if only one pet we will allow up to 50lbs. No daily maid service. Pictures of Property show both units. Each booking is for one unit only.

Check in from 3-6pm daily. We do not allow LATE checkins.– Let us know when you arrive in San Diego.
Check out by 11 a.m. – I could arrange for a late check-out if there are no other bookings.
A $200 deposit is required in addition to rent. The $200 deposit is due with the signed contract within 5 days of booking. This is in addition to the total rent due and after your arrival is converted to a damage deposit. The total amount of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in. If the full amount is not paid in 30 days prior to check-in, the booking will be cancelled.
The $200 deposit will be refunded to you within ten (10) days of your departure provided the following provisions are met:
• No damage is done to the inside or outside perimeter of the property.
• No linens, décor or household items are missing.
• House has not been smoked in.
• No pets have been brought in without permission
This is a NON-SMOKING home inside and out. If there is ANY smell of smoke in any form there will be a $200 fine and a fee to replace any linens that cannot get smoke smell out with regular washing. Our guests and visitors, agree to not smoke in the cottage or bring any pesticides or cleaning products. There will be no loud or large parties in the unit or on the premises. All listed previously will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to the neighbors.
Our guests and visitors, agree that any drug use of premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, violation of any law or ordinance on or about the premises will immediately terminate our occupancy and rental agreement of these premises.
The home has a maximum occupancy of four 3 guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservations are subject to eviction.
Owner or Owner’s Agent may enter the premises immediately in the event of an emergency, in order to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours -notice, for normal maintenance.
No pets on the premises except Seeing Eye Dogs. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will forfeit their security deposit and may be evicted from the property.
I shall be responsible for all damages, breakage and/or loss to the premises, except normal wear and tear and unavoidable causalities (deemed by the manager of the property) which may result from occupancy. I agree that all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, household contents, etc., other equipment and fixtures will be in the same condition as at the beginning of our stay. Damage by unavoidable fire and casualty is the only exception.
The property will be left in the same good and habitable condition as when I arrive. Any damage or notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Property Manager within eight (8) hours of Occupancy. I understand the property will be inspected and cleaned prior to my arrival and when I depart. I agree that repair costs for any damages will be deducted from my deposit. ANY pet droppings or excessive pet hair will be reason for extra charge.
I agree to indemnify and save Owner and property Manager harmless from any liability to tenant, tenant’s guests or invitees for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property arising from any use or misuse made on the leased premises by my guests or invitees.
14.- This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is not permitted inside and or outside of the property.
I agree that any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $50.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from my deposit.
Prior to vacating the unit, Tenant is responsible to remove all the trash and recyclables, all dishes and cookware should be washed and put away and return any furniture that was moved back to its original position. Beds may be left unmade and sheets and pillowcase left on.
The Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the tenant. However, any items left behind may be returned to Tenant for the cost of postage.
Maid service is provided before and after your visit, however, no daily maid service will be provided. This agreement may not be assigned or the property be sublet, and is for tenant’s use only. No changes of locks of the unit is permitted. I will not use the premises as a location for amateur or professional film/video without prior consent and arrangement with property Manager.
I agree to leave all keys provided when I depart or I will pay for replacement of these items.
There will be a $15 replacement fee of any keys lost.
Force Majeure: There may be circumstances beyond our control, in which the property might not be available for your booking. Examples of these include (but are not limited to) destruction of severe damage to the property. In the event of Force majeure, we will refund all monies paid. This will be the full extent of our liability to you in such circumstances, and we will not be responsible for any other costs connected with any such cancellation, howsoever arising.
