You can block out the light in both the bedroom and the living room using the wood shutters, finished in a lovely light whitewash. The dark ceramic flooring from the other rooms is also used in the en-suite bathroom, elegantly tying it into the overall design concept of the house. Even the wall tiles in the open walk-in shower area are finished in the same colour. The exquisite bathroom fixtures are far from average, and the highly original design is also enhanced by the use of small decorative mosaic tiles. One thing we really liked about this place is that the bathroom has another door in it leading to the outside. It opens into a small, secluded courtyard area that also has direct access to the pool area. This is just one more example of just how incredibly well conceived this gorgeous villa is. And since the house can also be heated, it's available to let all year round. A winter holiday in Mallorca has its own special appeal; we know this from experience.
