The full-size American-style kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, purified drinking water, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cofeemaker, microwave and stove, dinnerware and glassware.
The open concept layout has a large dining table that seats 8, a lounging area with flat-screen smart TV (guests can sign in with their own Netflix account) opening to a balcony.
Each bedroom has its own remote-controlled ductless mini-split air conditioners. King-sized bed in the master bedroom, double bed in bedroom #2, and 2 single beds in bedroom#3. Bedliners and hangers in each room.
Condo is tiled throughout, windows and sliding doors let in lots of light, or breeze if so inclined. The third-floor location makes it very private, but the front door is only five steps away from the elevator under the covered walkway.
