Sui Tetti di Lucca is a spacious, exclusive and very bright apartment with big windows, small balcony with views onto the roofs of the city. Well-cared modern furnishings, with all kind of comforts: air-conditioning, WiFi, lift, dryer and washing-machine.
The apartment lies on the 4th and last floor (with lift) of an exclusive and beautiful “palazzo”, only a few steps from the S. Michele square, the heart of the historical centre.
Entrance: spacious living room with couch, tv, kitchenette with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, round table, exit onto a balcony equipped with a small table and 2 chairs.
1 double bedroom with a big cupboard, 1 bathroom with shower, basin, wc, bidet. Stairs to the mezzanine (not convenient for small children), utility room, along the corridor you will find a washing machine and dryer.
The furnishings are modern and well-cared, parquet tiled floors, high ceilings and big windows with views onto the roofs of the city.
