Summary: The two property managers, Fulvio and Sofi, tried their best to address some of the glaring negative aspects of our trip. They were fairly responsive when we told them the internet wasn't working and that my husband was locked inside the bathroom because of a malfunctioning door handle or that the cookware they provided for their induction plate was not the right material to work. They apologized that the truck broke down and they couldn't pick us up at the airport upon our arrival in a timely manner. They did compensate us with a ride back to the airport, which we appreciated. Ultimately, even though the staff was responsive, there were just too many disappointments with the property for me to give it a good review . Though it did have a nice patio. the general security of the upstairs space left a lot to be desired, and the construction noise that started at 7:30 am and went until after dark made it difficult to spend much quality time on the patio. Also, please definitely put a curtain on the window that leads outside from the bedroom to the bathroom. Construction workers on scaffolding were at eye level during our stay. We have stayed in other VRBOs and found useful recommendations from our hosts about the town ... we heard nothing from our hosts here regarding beaches, taxis, buses, restaurants, etc. Maybe when the construction is over and it's not as noisy. it would be nicer, but beware at this time. The pictures imply there is a "kitchen" area but only a coffee pot and hot plate, not a real place to cook a meal, and no working grill.
