Positive: I liked that it’s a very spacious apartment . I liked the pool and the security check , the wifi. The kitchen was well equipped, so it was very easy to cook.
Negative: Some of the furniture (outdoor and dinner chairs ) are outdated or overused but the property manager kindly took note to refer it to the landlord to have them replaced soon. The apartment is facing the main Street so it can be noisy because of the carts, despite the flat is on the 3rd floor. It would be nice to add some water bottles and leave it in the fridge . It’s a long trip to come to San Pedro by boat (1h30) from Belize city, some water when you arrive would be great ! Finally, some candles with matches in case of blackout would be great , this residence has no generator for info. It happened to us and we stayed 3 hours in the dark. Despite some very small issues, the Vacasa staff responded very quickly to them and that was very appreciated . Overall it was a very nice stay, good value for money .
