If you have a boat or trailer, do not worry, we have room to park it! The huge playground, soccer field, volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, and rec-center with pool and gym are only a 5-minute walk or 1 min drive away. The bike path behind the home will take you up and down the river, passing by the outlet mall and restaurants, and continues all the way around Lake Dillon for an amazing day trip. The home sits on 1 acre and we have conveniently fenced in part of the land for your furry friends to play in. Yes, we have added a dog door for them as well! We love to relax in the hot tub under the stars at night and listen to the river. We have caught monster fish in the fishing hole directly behind the house.
