Getting Here:
- This is a gated resort. You will receive the gate code the day of check in.
- Keyless entry with a keypad with custom door code will be provided to you the day of check in. Arrive when you like, unpack and relax.
- Located at the bottom of the mountain providing easy access without climbing steep roads/driveways.

This cabin is the perfect fit for couples or small families. We take pride in hosting guests and providing a memorable trip for all who book with us. We know you will enjoy The Twins Treehouse as much as we do!
Upon entering the cabin you are greeted with an open living and kitchen space that has been newly decorated. There are large windows allowing the natural sunlight to fill up the rooms. The front bedroom is the perfect place to unwind with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and a full bathroom connected. The back bedroom is also a wonderful escape with a king bed and full bathroom connected.
Ascend the stairs to the open loft area (game room/bedroom) that is filled with fun options for everyone! Enjoy a game of foosball or challenge someone to a game of pool. The arcade is a hit for young and old! And there are plenty of board games as well. The loft has a brand new bunk bed with memory foam mattresses that is sure to please the little ones in the family.
The deck has everything you need for a relaxing evening in. Enjoy a sunset on the back deck while grilling up your favorite meal. Soak in the bubbling hot tub or lounge in the adirondack chairs.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Must be signed upon booking.
AGE: All guests must be 25 or over. Of course children with guardians are welcome. We will request an uploaded image of your ID to verify.
OCCUPANCY: 8 Person Maximum- This is strictly enforced due to the septic system, fire safety and resort rules.
QUIET TIME: 10pm EST- If not adhered to you will be asked to leave without a refund.
DAMAGES: You will be charged for items stolen or intentionally damaged.
PETS: We do not allow pets due to allergies. Please find a home better suited to your needs if you plan to bring a pet. There will be a $200 fine and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
SECURITY: There is a security camera located outside in front for your protection.
CHECK IN/OUT: Check in 4pm, Check out 10am. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check in or late check out.
SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking of any kind (including vaping). You will be charged $300 if there is any indication of smoking of any kind.
EVENTS: No Parties
WEATHER: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages or other incidents out of our control. Purchasing travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended.
PESTS: All precautions are taken to prevent pests from entering the cabin. At certain times of year ladybugs are especially present. There is a vacuum provided if they are an issue. Please be aware this does not mean the cabin has not been cleaned.
LOFT TEMPERATURE: In the heat of the summer the cabin loft can become warm. There are ceiling fans and a box fan located in the front bedroom closet. Please be aware the air conditioning can only do so much upstairs during the very hot periods of time. The queen sleeper sofa on the main floor is a good sleeping alternative if needed.

- Putters and golf balls are provided for Mini Golf
- A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towel, soap and garbage bags will be provided.
