Welcome to the Highland Condos on The Mesa, a peaceful hilltop community where you can enjoy the morning light on the balcony and listen to a chorus of birds. This beautiful, upstairs 1 bedroom condo has just been completely remodeled: custom kitchen and bathroom, new skylight, all wood floors, black-out drapery in bedroom, new loft, and custom walk-in bedroom closet. It's decorated with Mid-Century modern furniture and an art collect from travels. The kitchen is kitted out for a professional chef. The community has 2 pools, a Jacuzzi and sauna, laundry is in assigned carport below the unit. It's a 10 minute to nearly all areas of Santa Barbara, the bus stop and e-bikes are available nearby, and hiking trails right out the door. Strictly no smoking / no pets.
