This bright yellow duplex offers serenity close to water, and has a large pool. The Sun House is on the left. Central to plenty of gorgeous beaches. Perfect location for those eager to explore the entire island. After a full day of exploring the island you’ll love coming back to the Sun House to swim in the lighted pool, hang out back in the deck, or a 2 minute walk will give you access to pristine blue water right off the coral. This water is perfect for kayaking, fishing, and snorkeling.
The space
This 2 bed 2 bath home is roomy enough for a family but also perfect for a secluded romantic getaway. A short stroll will take you to crystal water. Located close to Exuma’s most popular waterfront restaurant you can choose to dine out or cook your meals in the full kitchen. It has all the comforts of home. There are 2 fire stick TVs available to watch tv when you come home after enjoying the tropical beaches or life changing excursions.
Enjoy the backyard deck with a large swimming pool, plenty of seating including Adirondack chairs, a hammock, and deck chairs. There’s a storage bin with beach chairs, pool and beach tools, floaties, etc.
Ask us for help on setting up excursions to swim with the pigs, nurse sharks, visit iguana island, and so much more.
Although we offer all the comforts of home and a few extra amenities for your stay, keep in mind Exuma is a remote island and we can’t control things such as wifi interruptions, power outages, the weather, critters, nature, etc.... but we will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay so contact us if any issues arise. The stunning beauty of the island will compensate for any and all concerns!!
If it’s available you can rent the Moon House space as well. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Renting out both the Sun and Moon House will give you 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, ideal for your large group.
Guest access

We recommend renting a SUV or Jeep but taxis are available. There’s parking for 2 cars in front of the Sun House.

Power surges are common in the Caribbean. Generally power will resume within a few minutes.
Don’t let rain keep you inside. It’s typically brief and even if it’s raining on one side of the island it might be bright and sunny on the other side.
Some roads outside of Georgetown are unpaved. Care should be taken on the roads on the island as they are typically bumpy and easier to navigate with a jeep or SUV.
Children must not be left alone in the backyard as the pool is not gated.
Because the house is secluded and surrounded by lush greenery, with few street lights, it gets really dark at night, perfect for star and moon gazing.
The Moon house next door may be occupied at times by other guests. If other guests are renting next door, do not park in front of that house, and keep noise levels respectable when outside after 12a. You have the option of renting out both sides at a discount.
A ring device and camera records outside front door and other cameras record side exteriors, back doors exterior, shed. Guest do not have access to shed.
