Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at Sunny Days. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good with a nice variety. The room was big, clean, and very comfortable , I was surprised in a good way. Room service was great, and I want to thank Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Mohamed for being so polite and helpful. One of the best things was having access to the three hotels and all their facilities. The beach was amazing and the sea was super clean. The aqua parks were fun and made the stay even better. The gym was amazing , very clean, with new and well-maintained machines. The lifeguards were always attentive, keeping their eyes on the guests. They were also very helpful and friendly talkers. I really want to thank all of them, especially the team at the big aqua park.
Negative: The food was good, but it needs more variety. Overall, I was still very pleased with it. There were no bottled waters available, only cups that we had to refill from the bars, which was quite inconvenient for my kids and also for me. However, room service handled this politely and professionally. The animation team needs to be more entertaining and engaging. ( Boring ) The staff were friendly, but they seemed very exhausted because of the heavy crowd at the dining areas. The safety box was closed and i asked for opening it many times with no response or caring !!
Summary: I really enjoyed my stay, and with a few improvements, it could be perfect.
