The Space:
SUNNY DAZE on Rosseau is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and provides glorious all-day sun and amazing views! The cottage offers full lake side decks on both the main and lower level, providing different vantage points and amazing views of Lake Rosseau. The lakeside boathouse upper deck is where everyone will want to gather and has plenty of outdoor seating. A stone walkway and granite steps bring you to the waterfront, which comes equipped with a spacious dock for boat parking, and offers great swimming conditions with deep water off the end of the dock.

A chef's dream kitchen with Bosch, Wolf and Subzero appliances, marble countertops, double sinks, and countertop seating for 2. The dining room has a farm table that seats 8 and sits right beside the kitchen and has a walkout to the deck overlooking the lake. With 4200 SF this 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bath cottage has plenty of room to host family and friends. On the main floor there is a primary bedroom with 4 pc ensuite, 2 additional guest bedrooms and a second full bath. The spacious dining room overlooks the trees and waters of Cameron Bay and is the perfect setting for large family gatherings. There is also a main level four-season Muskoka Room with wall-to-wall windows and a walkout to the deck. In the cooler weather, everyone can cozy up around the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace in the living room.
Lower Level
Here you will find 2 additional guest bedrooms, a powder room and a family room with access to another sizeable lake-facing deck.
Outside the cottage, there's a level grassy playing area, and once you traverse the 60 steps down to the lake, there's a single-slip boathouse with a fantastic rooftop patio to view sunsets and stars. The lakeside deck is 65 feet wide, with easy access to deep waters for jumping in and a shallow entry for little ones and pets. A standby generator is included for added convenience. With a year-round township-maintained road, this retreat is easily accessed from Highway 400 and is just two hours away from Toronto.
