Newly built New England style home with modern furnishings in quiet seaside neighborhood. Sleeps six. Two minute walk to neighborhood beach, short drive to downtown Portland's renowned restaurants and micro-breweries. New York Times acclaimed Lobster Shack is a 5 minute drive on Cape Elizabeth's rocky coast.
You can swim, or sit on a quiet beach steps from our home. The house features three bedrooms and two baths, including a walk-in shower and a tub for those who like a luxurious soak. Radiant heated floors downstairs make it heavenly warm even in the cooler weather, plus the living room features a gas-fired "wood" stove you can cozy up to. Mini split units in each bedroom and living area, for quiet, convenient heat or air conditioning.
Fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and everything you need if inspired to cook. The two upstairs bedrooms have queen sized beds, and sliding doors onto the second story deck which offers views of Portland Head and Ram Island lights.
First floor bedroom has a full size bed and is directly across from the bath with walk-in shower.
Back yard and patio equipped with picnic table and gas grill for evening barbecues. Beach chairs and towels provided, or sit out on the deck and enjoy the ocean breeze.
